What data we collect and process

You can browse our website without identifying yourself. However, if you want to buy something from us, we will need a limited set of your data to make a valid contract. If you want to create an account, for example, to build your purchase history that would allow you to receive special offers, we would also need your data to identify you and to help you maintain your account. We would also need your contact details to inform you about our products and services and to send you promotional e-mails and newsletters, but only if you allow us to do so. Period of personal data storage

We store your account data unless you delete your account; then we delete your account data.

We store your order information for the period during which the sales contract may be contested in a court (this period is determined according to the civil law). Data received when you contact us by e-mail or phone is stored unless your question is resolved. Technical data about your computer and connection is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. If some legal rules require keeping your data for longer periods, your data is stored for these periods.

What are the purposes of personal data collection and use

Parties that may be given access to your personal data

To deliver your order to you, we have to provide your data to our partners, shipping and delivery service providers. We provide them only the data required to deliver your order. In the case of payment by a bank card, the necessary data (card type, card number, card verification value, expiry date) is collected and stored by the payment processing provider (Name). If you pay by PayPal, PayPal servers receive your PayPal identification data. In both cases we do not receive your personal details or account data stored by the payment processing provider; we get only confirmation of payment from them. Also, we are obliged to give your personal data to official authorities in cases provided by law, for example, for purposes of criminal investigation.
